"Queen room in the annex was a good size, great water pressure, comfortable bed, unfortunately the air-conditioning seemed to only work on heat, maybe as it is only April and even with the window open the room stayed a little warm through the night. Tv had the option to stream Netflix a d a few other apps which was great, as generally in Japan there are very few foreign channel. Staff were lovely, a little coffee shop and a 24 hour convenience store downstairs were a great option if one didn't want to have a big meal the at main restaurant which could get very busy . Laundry is also available, although I didn't use it. Overall can recommend the hotel "

"Overall a great place to stay while in Narita. The room was big, clean, and the staff was great. My only complaint is that the tv in the room was very small and only had a few local channels. Would be nice to have steaming service options on the tv as well. "

"Spacious room near to Narita Airport with frequent complimentary shuttle bus service. Quiet area. 7-11 convenience shop at the lobby within the hotel. "

"The room was spacious new and clean had a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast was fresh. The only complaint was there was couple of minutes of elevator wait it seems everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, available towels and hair products. There was a small grocery store, and bar in the building and nearby restaurants. The trains was not to far and available taxi outside. "
