"Amazing staff. I unfortunately had my phone stolen upon arrival and when i checked in and mentioned it to the reception. Joseph immediately offered to walk me to the last pinged location and even walked me to the police station and explained the situation to the officers for me through the language barrier. On top of that the room was nice and comfortable and in an amazing location, perfectly close to everything. "

The room was quite dark and limited light came through, the bathroom was small and not as functional. Our next visit will be in a more deluxe room! "

"Everything was amazing! It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We didn’t get to use the spa unfortunately, but in the future we will stay here when we’re in Firenze. Location is convenient, with a park across the street. It didn’t take long to walk to the place from the train station. Alice was hospitable and took great care of us when it was time to check out! There is free coffee, a Lavazza modo mio machinetta which makes some good quick espresso to start your day right. My girlfriend believes the floors could’ve been cleaner in the room, however, the overall cleanliness of the room was top class. Don’t take this the wrong way as the room was very organized and well taken care of. The ability to leave your bags until 3pm the day of checkout is a great bonus. We will definitely be staying again, when we decide to come back to Firenze!"

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and every need was met by the team. We were delighted with the special touches like welcome drinks and fruit in the room. The room was very comfortable, with generous space, comfortable furnishings and lovely peaceful setting. We were very impressed with housekeeping who would leave little gifts on a daily basis, as well as lovely products for us to use. The cocktails in the bar were the best we had in Florence, and very charming in their story and creation. I recommend the house Martini. The bar is a really cosy space to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing. A perfect little hotel for a touch of luxury with the warmth of a family run establishment. Highly recommend!"
