"Hotel is in a great position for exploring Barcelona. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t available. While that wasn’t the hotel’s fault as Barcelona has a drought problem, it did take away from our enjoyment as the pool was one of the reasons for booking. A boutique hotel without a pool would probably have been a better choice for cost. However the position is excellent and I would be happy to book again."

"Visited as a three-day birthday getaway with my husband attached to a business trip. Hotel is centrally located with many good restaurants nearby. Bed was excellent and staff were incredibly helpful. They surprised me with a bottle of cava and cake in the room on my birthday (must have seen it on my passport) and also gave us two free drink cards for the bar. Very eco conscious, especially given the drought in Barcelona. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel in an old gorgeous building. The woman that greeted us upon arrival “The Lady”, I believe she’s referred to as that, was one of the sweetest most welcoming and helpful people I’ve met. We instantly felt comfortable. Our room was very clean and average size and the breakfast area with patio terrace is a great addition to the property. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect and we were able to catch the hop on bus down the street or walk to many...
