Nobu Hotel Barcelona

"Really beautiful property with some kinks to work out. The Hotel is around the main train station so it's not necessarily the most lively and best area to walk around. The property itself and the rooms are awesome. However, the pool only has about 10 chairs for 250+ rooms which is not fun and many guests are left tanning on a towel on the floor. As well, there were frequently issues with the elevators whereby we had to wait 5-10 mins for one. The property is also very transient as there is a restaurant on the 23rd floor and a rooftop bar that anyone can access. Regardless, the hotel and pool area are beautiful with great views of the city. I definitely would stay here again, you just have to know what you are getting in advance. The food at the breakfast is expensive, and very underwhelming compared to an intercontinental for example (both quality and offering). Again, the service is excellent. The staff are awesome there and really try to go above and beyond knowing there are some issues with the property such as the pool or elevator. I would return if I got a good deal, but I dont feel this is a true 5 star experience."

"We had a two bedroom apartment in a adjoining building. It was very spacious, well equipped and modern (far better than the photos on hotels.com suggest). Also wonderfully air-conditioned (visited in August), quiet area and rooftop pool very refreshing. Easy walking distance to two different metro lines (L3 and L7 -for reference, metro tickets are not transferable between those lines -as we were caught out). Also enjoyed a generous breakfast at the hotel and great snacks at local Manolo Bakes cafe."

"Great hotel in a good location, within walking distance of Parc Guëll and Gracia. It's also on Metro line 3, which makes it dead simple to get to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Central Barcelona. The staff were helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the air con worked and wasn't too noisy, which is always welcome. It's not luxurious but it's great value for money and we would stay there again."

"My room was very spacious and clean, and the firmness of the bed was perfect. I really liked the bathroom setup, which has separate entrances for the shower and toilet which is very convenient when traveling with other guests. I stayed on the 9th floor, which has a small gym and a terrace overlooking the city. The terrace has lounge chairs where you can sunbathe, relax, or simply take in the views. Laura, the receptionist, was extremely helpful, personable, and professional. The hotel is in a great location, just off Barcelona’s popular Diagonal Avenue, which is centrally located near many attractions, especially if you enjoy walking. There are a variety of restaurants and places to eat nearby, so I didn’t dine at the hotel. However, I noticed that many guests were enjoying the onsite dining options. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"En general, mi estancia en Barceló Sants fue excelente. El hotel es limpio, cómodo, el personal fue muy amable y la ubicación es muy conveniente. Me gustó mucho el concepto inspirado en el espacio, pero creo que el hotel podría llevar esta temática mucho más lejos. Sería genial contar con más decoración relacionada con el espacio, iluminación temática, obras de arte y elementos interactivos tanto en las habitaciones como en las áreas comunes. El concepto ya es bueno, pero con más detalles y una experiencia más inmersiva, el hotel podría destacar muchísimo más. 🚀"

"It was exactly what I needed: a nice little uncomplicated hotel to lay my head while I was in Barcelona. Easy access to public transportation, full continental breakfast, several quality stores and restaurants nearby. A special thank you to Miriam, who went out of her way to make sure I was able to get to my train on time. Service above and beyond!"
