"Arruinaron nuestro viaje. Era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y cuando llegamos que uno de sus hoteles, donde se suponia que nos teniamos que quedar, "no estaba disponible". Asi que nos mandaron a otro hotel mucho mas lejos de donde ya habia planeado. El internet del nuevo hotel no servia, intente llamar a la directora muchas veces. Un trabajador dijo que nos iban a dar un reembolso y nunca paso. La atencioin pesima. Tuvimos que andar con nuestras balijas y nuestro carrito de nuestra hija de 3 años...
