"Front desk staff very excellent! Helped me sort through the logistics of an expected package. Shoutout to Alessio. Room itself is fine, nothing crazy- the downsides were 1. it is dusty and 2. the sink faucet is awkwardly all the way to the side which made it hard to wash hands. Location is excellent, right off the subway and the airport bus stop. Nice to be on a main road and see all the bustle in the mornings while not too loud; quick walk to all the must-sees but not too touristy of an area. The downstairs office/lounge area and the rooftop are very nice!"

"The hotel charges 1 Euro for self-serve coffee. Given cost of rooms that seemed over-the-top. The street side of the hotel is quite noisy. Traffic noises until near midnight. On Friday night the nightclub just across the street had partiers outside on the sidewalk until 4 AM. The were talking very loud and there was no way for me to sleep. I switched rooms to the backside of the hotel and it was much quieter. No balcony on the back side, but definitely worth it to avoid the noise."

"The only suggestion I’d like to provide is to put “do not disturb” and “clean my room” signs on the rooms located on the first floor. Housekeeping wasn’t sure when the rooms were empty for cleaning or not going to the rooms due to the lack of those signs. The rest was amazing! Thanks! "

"The room was clean The staff was very nice The location was perfect, very close to Gran Via Street which is a very long Street in Barcelona 👍 also many options for food and dining Also there is a cafe across the hotel street they offer you very yummy breakfast 😍👌 But when we used to go to our room, there was a kind of a smell in the hallway up near our room! Not a nice smell ! Also I called the hotel one week before my reservation date and asked to add another room to my reservation for one person and it was only one night, they gave me an email and said send us an email so we can answer you. They did answer saying we don’t have extra room for you! And at the same time I messaged the property through the app Expedia that I made my original reservation with asking the same question which they said yes we have extra room but after that they didn’t confirm that extra room is booked for me !! So I couldn’t depend on canceling my other hotel reservation. When I came to the hotel the staff told me you can get the extra room but it was too late to change the other hotel booking. So please You need to give your communications with customers more concerns especially for customers coming from outside of Barcelona Thank you"

"The hotel was clean and centrally located but it was very cold in our room; we were told there was not heat only air conditioning (I am not disputing the truth in that, just giving all the details). We were quite uncomfortable; meanwhile our friend's room was very hot. The staff was very friendly and there were a lot of shops and restaurants close by. "
