"Good Value, but Some Issues Overall, the hotel was good for the price, and there were a few things we really enjoyed. The pool was nice, although the limited hours of 11 am to 7 pm were a little inconvenient. The included breakfast was also good and was a definite plus. That said, there were several issues during our stay. The shower and safe were broken, and we also had a problem with ants in the room. The front reception staff were also quite rude and could have been much more welcoming and helpful. Overall, it was decent value for the price, but the maintenance issues and experience with reception staff took away from the stay."

"Paula on reception was amazing. Really helpful and polite. Gave us directions and when we were leaving in the morning, told us to go and grab a coffee or a tea even though we didn’t have breakfast booked."
