This hotel was wonderful. They were easy to communicate with and gave GREAT recommendation on sites to see and restaurants to try out! I would recommend this hotel again and again! It was also near a metro station and the Hop on Hop off bus stop, so easy access to any place you want to go!

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is well maintained and has a modern feel, the common areas, restaurants, room, pool, everything looks fairly new with high level finishes. The room was really nice, the bed was comfortable and we really liked the shower in middle of room (we thought it was a great layout). Most of the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than most hotels we've stayed before. The location is excellent to see all the sights. The only thing that could be improved is some of the security staff were a little aggressive in questioning us upon our return to the hotel in the afternoon. Just because we were wearing shorts and t-shirts doesn't mean we can't be guests at your hotel. Maybe some additional training for that is all that's needed.

First time on property as this was my first time in Barcelona, I really loved my room to the point on some days I just lounge in my room. It was cool, clean and housekeeping was always on point and super nice. The lady who cleaned my room was super sweet. Loved being poolside reading my kindle or on my Ipad. Couple of minutes away from the Cortes de Ingles and the metro which I also liked. Overall, my stayed was superb.
