"The staff is amazing at this property. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The property is relative new , some facilities like the other

is not available at this present time but it was not a big deal for my family the beautiful beaches compensated for it . I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this Hyatt has made my top five. Highly recommend it !!!! "

"Lovely small hotel nestled into Alfama neighborhood. Great roof top deck although

is currently under construction, and our view from room was as a result so so. Also felt like needed to have curtain drawn as room looked out on deck and many people are walking around the deck. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Liked the vibe of the hotel. Would love to return! "
