"This is such a beautiful hotel, prime location, extraordinary staff and overall we had an exquisite experience. We arrived early and were able to check-in immediately. "The location of this property cannot be better - within a few minute walking distance to Sol and Opera metro stations and the major landmarks. The room was clean and updated and staff member was so helpful. I would stay here if I visit Madrid again (one suggestion - free coffee or some other compliment would be nice even thought cafes are right outside the door. "
