"Didn't get our proper.room for the first 2 nights...then finally got it and when leaving we couldn't even get a later check out... disappointed "

"This property offers amazing beaches, things to do and very nice rooms. The resort is perched on a very hilly property so LOTS of walking is involved (or you can wait for a cart to drive you up and down the hills). I loved the number of steps I got in a day but if you have mobility issues or do not love walking, this might be a barrier. We stayed very active with gym, yoga, pickleball and water sport options so loved the choices to stay healthy while at an all inclusive. Staff were amazing and friendly. Food was just okay...not terrible but not amazing either. The best food I ate was surprisingly at the buffet. The other downside is that you are limited to eat by the times the restaurants/buffets are open. No room or beach food service (squirrels and birds VERY aggressive for food on beaches) so we found ourselves planning around that more than we would have liked. First world problem for sure though! Lastly, we ended up having a travel delay and the resort immediately extended our resort privileges so we could store our luggage and still use the resort into the afternoon of our check out which was VERY appreciated. Overall, GREAT place to stay!"

"This hotel was at least 4 stories and no elevator. Room was dirty. Garden view was a view of a trash covered area with feral dogs. We checked out and went to the Holiday inn across the street. Much better."
