The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. While the facility is definitely older and showing its age in many areas, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food was sold to us on the 6th. They told us it was lobsters, and I had to pay $4,070 for 4 people. I complained because we only received small langoustines, and I paid for 4. I only received 2. The pool was very dirty, and only 2 restaurants were open. We had to wait in line to have lunch. There was very little staff and very poor service. We traveled as 17 people to your hotel, and it was not what we expected.
