We had a very nice stay. Relaxing environment, quiet, super hot water for a nice long shower after being cold outside. I’d stay again for sure

The outside of the motel looked nice but the inside of our room looked like it hadn’t been updated for 30 years. The bathroom was especially bad, the towel bar and toilet paper holder were both broken and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while with mildew in the tile grout. I can not recommend this property.

Santa Rosa Visit

Hotel was clean except that the bathroom floor showed dirt from me walking from the parking slot to the room. There was something wrong with the water temperature when taking a shower. When the toilet was flushed, the shower got ice cold. Other times the shower would suddenly get ice cold or scalding hot. When I was checking out and told the desk clerk what happened, she just said "sorry".

Good location; convenient to restaurants, grocers, etc. The property is neat and tidy but the rooms need some work. The shower and bathroom window frame had mold and the drapes had cobwebs. The big disappointment was the swimming pool. The water looked green and it looked like scum on the bottom and there was floating debris. Just didn’t look healthy. Staff was courteous and friendly. Price was reasonable but was hoping for better condition.

The mattress was so comfortable and the room so nice. The manager was so accommodating to me, the dog and when I accidentally left behind something he held onto it so I could come back and get it. That is customer service! Newly refurbished and it doesn’t look like a 4 star but I give it 5!

I love how the fridge and microwave are housed in their own cabinet. It looks very nice! Most other places just put the microwave on top of the fridge. Excellent location, being close to on and off ramps, and with the huge shopping center across the road where you can get lower priced gas at Costco and sundries at Target. Randy at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what I wanted: a clean, comfortable room for a single night and a reasonable price. The staff was professional and considerate, the room was clean, the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
