Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach

2/10 Terrible

"The hotel is outdated and lacking cleaning. I was there for a week and request a service e once to change my sheets and bedding and I watched th just tied up and sloppy and fully ignore the request. The facilities are outdated, staff have lots of attitude. I have an assistance animal that meets all the requirements for service dog and they still charged me a pet fee and refused to review my documentation. Definitely not worth it and plenty of other stays around with much cheaper and cleaner and affordable stay"

"The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast could have been a little better, more options to choose from besides eggs and sausage. The view from our balcony was amazing. My only complaint is that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not filled in the shower. Overall experience was very pleasant."

"We had a beach balcony, thus we had a view of the live music every night. It was excellent we did not have to leave. Everything we wanted food, entertainment, and the beach were at the Island. We will visit again. Very family oriented which is much appreciated"

"The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and provided excellent assistance. Each room offers an unobstructed view of the beach. Direct beach access is conveniently located at the rear of the hotel. The pathway leading to the beach is in excellent condition. The only suggested improvement would be the addition of a ramp to accommodate elderly or disabled guests, as the existing stairs present a challenge when transporting items such as wagons or strollers. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on-site at a rate of $60. Despite consistent beach usage and lobby foot traffic, the premises remained free of sand and water. The breakfast service was commendable, offering a diverse selection of options that varied daily, ensuring a satisfying experience for all guests."
