Fantastic Hotel in Santiago
The hotel was stylish, in a great location for dining and shopping, comfortable and absolutely spotless. Housekeeping was fast and thorough daily as needed. The front desk staff were especially helpful with recommendations for dining and spa services. A very memorable stay for me and my friends.

Large, modern rooms and bathrooms. Very accommodating staff to grant us a late checkout and help with transport to the airport for our late evening flight. Located right above a large shopping center and a few blocks from tree-lined streets with many dining options

Excellent central location, right next to shopping mall and within walking distance of many restaurants. Property is modern with spacious rooms and clean. Limited facilities on property - consider it just toon and board. We didn’t have breakfast there. Has a nice patio / roof top lounge which seemed nice. Subway is about 5 minute walk.

Okay, but....
Generally okay, clean rooms and good location for sightseeing. We arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet so I checked in and they said to just pick up the key later in the day. Cool, no problem. But when I came back that evening they had no idea what was going on and couldn't find my key or any record of my stay for several long minutes. Then my room was directly above the rooftop bar, when I called the front desk to ask them to turn the music down at 1030pm so I could sleep they laughed and said the bar was open until midnight. I had prearranged with the front desk a taxi for the next morning, it never showed. So again, decent place but not so helpful staff.

Excelent location, breakfast staff very good, but linger staff lousy, I.e. couple with kid , they didn’t make kids bed, and dint have housekeeping to Do it. Manager just gave the sheets, pillows for us to make the bed, shame on him,

The hotel facilities, staff and service was great. Only thing is that the menu to have dinner most have more options to avoid having to go to the mall to dine.

Well located, clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff very friendly. Hotel does not provide glasses of any kind in the room, nor provides body lotion, which is a must in Santiago.

Great Stay
Modern clean hotel attached to the Costanera mall. Fantastic city views from ceiling height windows. Staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was acceptable with many options. Overall a great stay and highly recommend.

Worst service ever,
Do not stay here because the have the worst service ever, they overcharged in one night and until now they have not refundeis me and it has been 3 weeks i keep calling them constantly and they give me random answers, they are the worst.

business trip at Santiago!
Rate and service is good, is quite useful the direct entrance with the mall, the only not good is the restaurant not offer late night service, so you may need use an app to order late food, special if your plane arrive to Santiago late night. For the rest is quite good!

BEST LOCATION IN SANTIAGO!
Hotel is located next to Costanera Center which is the biggest mall in Latin America. Subway is within five minute walk and there are many restaurants in the area. Hotel is modern and in good condition.

Vista maravilhosa da cidade e Cordilheiras
Fiquei na suite, grande, moderna e uma visão linda da cidade e cordilheiras dos Andes. Estrutura do hotel é espetacular, com um dos melhores bares da cidade no 16. Andar que é o Luna Bar. A localização é muito boa, próximo de comércio de rua e metro, mas o principal é o acesso exclusivo ao Shopping Costanera pelo 5. Andar do hotel. Daria 5 estrelas tranquilamente se nāo fosse a cama dura sem nem um pillow top para aliviar. O café da manhã é muito completo e de alta qualidade. Estava comemorando aniversário de casamento e o hotel me agraciou com um espumante no quarto, muito show!!!
