Stay away from this place. The staff is undertrained and unfriendly. Not sure what is their target, but this is NOT a boutique and friendly hotel. I had to book here because of the location ( which is very good ) . Booked three nights, left at the second, and will ask Expedia for a refund the third.

I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast that’s included is out of this world. It changes daily and the variety of foods is amazing! It’s clean, in a safe area, and around the corner from good places to eat. I recommend the Peruvian restaurant above Holitel.

Nice but
Comfortable time away although they were quite antsy with knocking to clean or calling up. The water downstairs ran out and was not replaced in over a day.

Not much too complain
It's nice and warm to tuck into in winter. Breakfast was a decent spread with lots of dessert, but its the same everyday and only one option for breakfast mains but it'll fill you up for the day. They have dinner specials but I never ate here then. The room is comfortable and equipped well but rather small. While here the light was flickering and one of the blinds dint shut but I dint bother to get it fixed. Location is great.

Nice location and very good hotel
We stayed for a couple of nights and it was a very good experience. It is well located, nearby a key shopping mall (Costanera Center) but at the same time in a peaceful and residential area. Staff and accomodations are very good. We recommend it.

Nice hotel - comfortable in Providentia
Staff extremely helpful...they went out of their way to help us find local restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit.

Very nice boutique hotel in quiet area.
We stayed the first time at Hotel Boutique Reyall and found it very nice and a good value. It's a little farther away from shops and restaurants than we normally stay but it was a good experience and walking distance to everywhere we like to go. Definitely recommend this hotel for value, great staff, cleanliness.... and a great breakfast.

Good small boutique hotel
the Reyall is a great small hotel, room on the small side, but very clean and tidy, bathroom the same. shower is a bath\shower, which always surprises me in small areas, but may appeal to some. reception staff experience varied, one good english, one none, which is surprising in cosmopolitan Santiago, but then i should learn spanish. location is excellent, quiet, and convenient to providencia and las condes. value for money exceptional

Nice neighborhood. Clean and quiet.
The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro but the neighborhood is nice and safe so it was not a problem. Staff only speaks Spanish and it caused some difficulties to check in. They are also very strict with the check in/check out time. As we arrived at 13:45 and the lady refused to check us in 15 minutes earlier. This was a bit strange to us as we just were seating in a lobby and waiting for 2 PM to be able to check in. The room and hotel itself were were clean. The breakfast was good but the buffet display was very small so it is always crowded

I really liked this place!
On a quiet residential street in Providencia, this place manages to be in the center of everything, at the same time as it provides a welcome break from the hustle of the city. Staff is super-nice and attentive, breakfast is outstanding, and my mattress was really comfortable. The only downside is that the rooms are small, and some of the efficiency-driven furnishings are a tad flimsy (my closet door came right off the track with just a small tug). The price point is also very appealing.

Great location.
The hotel is located in very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. It is about 17 minutes walk to the subway station and about 15 minutes walk to nice restaurants. Very friendly staff but not all spoke English (which was not a problem for us). Rooms have nice decor but are small. Bed was super comfortable, very nice pillows, sheets, towels etc. You could hear the hallway very easily, room didn't seem very private, bed close to the door. Breakfast was good, nice side patio to sit out on. Would stay there again. For this price it was everything we were looking for.

A nice small boutique hotel on a quiet side street off Los Leones. A short 10 minute walk to the subway. Rooms are small but efficient. Good continental breakfast with the usual suspects. A nice little patio to share a bottle of wine with your travel partner at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

Pleasant helpful staff, small, clean room
The staff helped me plan a hiking excursion (and were very patient with the language barrier), they were helpful arranging a cab and willing to store my luggage for my evening flight out of santiago. The breakfast was fair. The room was small, clean, quirky (interestingly economical/green) and the bed was comfortable. I never figured out the air conditioning, but it didnt matter. The walls are not at all sound proof, and it seemed to be a rendesvous point.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. They provided breakfast at the time convenient to me, brought ice directly to room, got me a car service and provided advice on seeing the city.

Lo bueno: el precio. Desayuno relativamente variado. Lo regular: solo hay leche regular. Poca presión de agua en la ducha, el regulador del ángulo de la ducha está suelto y no funciona. Para obtener agua para beber, ya sea fría o caliente, hay que solicitarla ya que no hay autoservicio. Lo malo: cobran adicional por un agua de hierbas. Pedí late checkout, accedieron a una hora; luego me llamaron para pedirme que desocupe la habitación y que si quería late checkout debía pagar adicional, lo que no informaron cuando lo solicité. Jamás pidieron una disculpa.

Controle dos funcionários muito desagradável
O hotel é muito bom, não é tão próximo do metrô, estação mais próxima a 15 minutos de caminhada. 2 pontos muito negativos foram: café da manhã com horário marcado, o que limita a liberdade pois estamos de férias e o controle extremamente desagradavel dos funcionários da recepção, me senti uma adolescente na casa dos pais! Por essa razão, não me hospedaria novamente.
