"The breakfast is a bit lacking in quality. The refurbishment works, which are currently ongoing, are carried out in a smart and considerate way, avoiding disturbing guests as much as possible. The yet unrenovated rooms have a slightly older feeling, but everything (airco included) works as it should. Compliments to the staff in general, reception and both bars. Friendly and helpful people. Compliments especially to the rooftop staff, very welcoming. The smiles make you feel at home after just a few days."

"Our stay at the Epic Sana Marques Hotel in Lisbon was exceptional! We stayed in a premium suite, and the hotel even arranged airport pick-up in a beautiful Mercedes van ā such a smooth start to the trip. What really made our stay special was Kariem, the concierge. He went above and beyond, getting us a reservation at one of the Michelin-starred restaurants and helping set up several tours for us. He was so easy to talk to, full of great local advice, and genuinely fun to work with. The hotel itself was in a wonderful, convenient location, and everything was spotless. Housekeeping was excellent, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the overall service throughout our stay was top-notch. We couldnāt have asked for a better experience ā highly recommend!"
