"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Rooms are super nice and modern and very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfy. The breakfast was good. The pool area was an added bonus. It was just a shame the bar was not open for drinks. They did have a phone service but it took time to receive drinks. But overall I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Reidโ€™s is a beautiful property with multiple pools and diving access to the ocean. Our stay involved changing rooms ( not the hotels fault), and not all rooms are the same. The first room had a walk in shower but the second room had a very slippery tub shower. There was construction going on during our stay that made for noisy afternoons. The food was really good and there are multiple restaurants, however, I would reserve a table in advance of your stay to guarantee your spot at dinner. The service was exceptional."

"The Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and in an amazing part of Funchal. The rooftop pool And bar are absolutely unbelievable with the best views in town. The staff are incredible and the rooms were cleaned impeccably. Possibly needing a little TLC in some parts of the room. But do not let it put you off absolutely fantastic would definetly return"

"If itโ€™s your first time in Madeira Iโ€™d suggest staying somewhere in city center, it takes 15 mins to get to this hotel. Very nice property and amenities. The staff and service is weak , shortage of staff. The breakfast buffet for a 5 starvhotel and the price was so weak as weak."
