Nice and clean hotel in a very good neighborhood. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Alphaville is a nice, clean and safe town. My only challenge was getting timely response to questions before arrival. Check-in ends at midnight but my flight arrives in the morning. I just could not get them hold my room so that I can check-in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend.

It would be nice to have a couch in the room but overall the stay was nice. The breakfast was exceptional one of the best I ever had for free at a hotel. My parents didn’t have an adaptor to charge their phones since we are from Canada and the hotel gave them one which was very generous. The only issue was during check in they tried to charge us extra because we were bringing our dog and we told them it was not stated on Expedia where we booked that there would be extra charges. They tried to argue until my wife spoke to the manager and he agreed not to charge us extra. So better communication between the hotel and Expedia would be nice. But a nice stay.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, de frente para o centro comercial de alphaville , que é tipo downtown shopping a céu aberto onde se encontram diversas lojas de restaurante, cafeteria, moda, cabeleireiro, serviços diversos como conserto de roupa e assistência técnica para notebook, etc. O Hotel oferece uma boa infra estrutura para os hóspedes. O único ponto que poderia melhorar é a manutenção do ar condicionado ( troquei de quarto e nos dois quartos o ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem e o ar saia com cheiro de mofo) e a limpeza do quarto no fim de semana.

A gastronomia do hotel é realmente frustrante. Absolutamente nada agradável. Não houve reposição de capsulas de café, nem de água em nenhum dia (teve um dia que pedi a capsula de café e me informaram que o fornecedor era terceirizado e não dava pra repor).
