"La habitación tenía muchas cosas rotas , la lámpara fundida , el baño que soltaba agua por debajo, la puerta desencajada, el mantenimiento es un desastre de ese hotel . Adicionalmente la caldera de agua de la habitación olía a podrido. Tuvimos que solicitar que la cambiaran ."

"Hola , la atención en el restaurante no es de lo mejor ! La comida está bien ! El cocinero buena gente , pero los camareros sin mucha gracia. La habitación tenía la ducha muy vieja y sin presión , además había muchos bichos en la parte del minibar de ka habitación. ."

"Outstanding service by the staff, Yara at the reception allowed me to check in earlier since my flight arrived at 5:00 AM. Thank you so much for that; nice clean rooms and delicious affordable breakfast. Great location close to the Ave Paulista but you have to climb the hill and your heart will love it."

"Took more than 15 minutes to check in with no communication, the restaurant buffet was filthy, forks and knives in the clean section with food remains, plates not properly washed, when tried to find a table none of them were clean, restaurant hostess was rude, very unwelcoming experience"
