It was peacefull, clean good restaurant. The sink of my room was problematic. It would be amazing if I could find a gym inside the property.

Next to Tiete Bus Station and Metro. Well insulated from the busy area outside. Rooms are comfy. Breakfast buffet plenty. .

Un safe neighbourhood.
The hotel is ok. The room is ok, breakfast could be better... The real issue here is the location. Really scary place. Very unsafe with a sign that says "Don´t use your phone outside the hotel premises" or "Wait for you uber or taxi in the hotel barriers". Lots of shady people around. Very very unsafe and ugly zone. Otherwise... if you just get in and out using Uber, its ok.

Convenient place to stay when traveling to Sao Paulo via bus. I always stayed here when coming from Rio or the South. I only stay for a night and then fly.

Higiene nota 0
Pior hotel que já me hospedei. Os colchões de 5 centímetros, travesseiros fedorentos, roupa de cama suja, banheiro que nunca viu um cloro na vida, 2 pingos de sabonete líquido disponível para o banho. Nota 0 pra higiene. Não recomendo, nunca mais optarei por usar um hotel da rede.

Nossa cama é composta por três camadas: base, colchão e o pillow.Atenciosamente.

Good overall, but there is room for improvement
Considering the location, my stay was very good, convenient, and quiet. The cleanliness was very good. This is an excellent option for someone who needs quick access to the Bus Station Tiete and overnight stay to catch a bus the next morning. The station entrance is right next to the hotel. It would be even nicer IF the hotel rooms had USB ports on the walls for easy recharge of electronics. Unfortunately as of January 10, 2022, there were no USC ports for recharging in the room, which is kind of a big deal for foreign travelers.

Convenient and friendly
Great staff. Convenient location in a not so nice area. My bus was cancelled and needed a place to stay quick. They let me stay in the room late to work waiting the next day. I would bring family here because of area. I did find a clean little mall attached (Burger King, other restaurants). Actually good to know when looking for food options while waiting at Tiete for a bus. Hate the food options at Tiete (Bob’s is so dirty and staff there sucks)

Good hotel for an overnight when switching buses in Sao Paulo bus station to get some rest. I would recommend a hotel close to Avenida Paulista for turists.

The lady in front desk doesnt speak english/spanish, they just speak in Portuguese, and they look at you like you must understand them. The beds are not comfy.

I stayed At Ibis for one week and I only booked there because it was close to university FAOA and bus station, however I wasn’t not happy at all. First of all, the cleaning was very poor, bathroom smell bad. Second, the breakfast buffet didn’t offer great variety, fruit with terrible quality and most of it were carbs. And finally some of the staff were rude. I definitely will never stayed at Ibis again.

Comfortable hotel close to transportation
Very good, neat comfortable. Friendly staffs. I will come again. I recommend to others. Close to transportation and supermarkets. Good breakfast and the restaurant inside the hotel has good food not expensive

Great Hotel in so so area.
This was a perfect hotel for a trade show I was doing at a near by convention center. It was clean, comfortable, friendly staff and nice breakfast. The unfortunate part is there is nothing around b sides the hotel. Not s great area and not much else to do.

Bem,o hotel é razoavelmente bom,mas o preço da diária é absurda pelo o que é o hotel. Os atendentes não são simpáticos, mas são educados. Café da manhã bom,enfim,para meu gosto não me faltou nada. O chuveiro excelente, realmente maravilhoso, e isso conta muito na minha opinião. Cama boa,bons travesseiros,só senti falta de um cobertor,que não tinha. Quarto bem pequeno, simples,mas atende bem. Só fiquei bem decepcionada,pois NÃO LIMPARAM MEU QUARTO.Isso foi um absurdo,saí cedo para um evento,cheguei de madrugada e meu quarto estava sem limpar. Meu cartão ( chave) toda hora ficava sem funcionar. Em resumo, é bom,mas pelo preço da diária vc consegue hotéis muito melhores.

Já me hospedei mais de 2000 vezes na vida, e essa foi a primeira vez que levei mais de 40 minutos no checkin. O único profissional que estava atendendo teve que se desdobrar pra atender a fila de checkin, hóspedes com problemas de desmagnetização do cartão (isso ainda existe, meu Deus!), compra de produtos no bar, etc. O banheiro estava com cheiro de esgoto. O estacionamento estava com a cancela de entrada fechada, e tive que parar o carro na calçada, prejudicando os pedestres. Solicitei um lençol ao recepcionista, e a resposta dele foi: "Já tem no quarto, e não tenho nenhum aqui para fornecer"; chegando no quarto, como eu já sabia (pois esse é o modelo do Ibis), não tinha lençol de cobrir.
