"This is going to be our go to place when staying in Sao Paulo. The room is clean and has a full kitchen. The building is safe, has a self checkout mini market and face recognition to allow entrance. The location couldn't be better, very close to the subway and with good options to eat at walking distance."

"First I got a room with a water leaking issue but then contacted customer service on WhatsApp and they were very kind to change my room for another one and even better. Good communication english customer service available. The area is very safe for solo traveler. I will definitely come back again. Thank you 10/10"

"Room was small and relatively clean, but modern, as was the building and facilities. Staff at the lobby had no idea how to fix the most basic check-in issues. When we requested more soap we were told it was a "courtesy" and that additional soap would not be provided. "

"I had problems with the facial recognition process. It did not recognize me, despite of uploading my face and documents with picture, luckily my partner was present and could open the door. The revolving door was often having problems and we could not find anyone to remove the garbage or provide us with clean towels."
