Clean and comfortable. Staff polite and helpful. Location is great, short walk to JR station and close to Otaru Canal. The only problem is the pillow. Feels like sleeping on a bag of beans. 2 nights and my neck muscles were strained.

1 prc male staff in specs was quite rude. rejected us for parking & did not direct us where to unload our luggage. he did not even pretend to offer help. other than that, hotel was very clean and nice, close to the main street and canal. even if the carpark within the hotel was full, there are 2 nearby carparks.
