Location location location. Public bath could be better maintained. All the rest is good and its location is great to access most of interests in that area.

Very convenient and value hotel for short stays. Not a full service hotel but was more than adequate. Onsen was clean and basic shower facilities. Short walk to canal and main shopping street. Free open private parking next to hotel. Would stay again.

I booked for 3a and a 12yo child (my other kid is 15 so I added him as an adult). The booking reflected the ages and the number of pax and gave me a list of recommended rooms. I booked it and when I arrived, the room had 2 king single beds and one pull out single bed/sofa. Definitely misrepresented the room capacity. Beware.

Love the tatami room and the breakfast. But walking from JR station with luggages is a painful experience when there is snow all over walkway and slippery.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Room size is average. Walking distance to shopping street and Otaru canal. It's quite nice to experience the hot bath after walking the whole day especially when the weather is cold. There are parking space next to the hotel which is good for those who drive. If you carry big luggage bags from Otaru bus station or train station, consider slightly far to reach hotel.

Nice and clean boutique hotel
Room and toilet are very clean and looks like newly renovated. Centrally located and less than 5 mins walk to the Otaru Canal and walking street. Many restaurants in the vicinity. However, I find the lobby small and there is no free coffee or tea unlike the other hotels

It's in a good location, close to the Canal and also easy to walk to the train station. Several nice restaurants nearby. I didn't get the chance to try their public bath but it does look nice. Hope I get to try it next time visit here!

Staff served above and beyond. Answered all our questions about directions and also ordered taxi fairly quickly when we were in a hurry. They provided toiletries near the front desk so we are amply provided but yet no wastage if not needed. Surprised to have an in-house onsen too. Small but sufficient for relaxation. Thank you.

Good and reliable service. Has hot bath. Two coin operated washing machines / dryers (often occupied when we are there). Ice machines available. The best part is they provide shoe dryer! Great on rainy days!

The room is well furnished and comfy. The hotel parking is convenient though not free. Location of the hotel is very good, as you can walk to canal or shopping streets. breakfast buffet is limited to 30min, and seem to be very rush for family with kid, but the food is quite delicious.

Clean and comfortable. Staff polite and helpful. Location is great, short walk to JR station and close to Otaru Canal. The only problem is the pillow. Feels like sleeping on a bag of beans. 2 nights and my neck muscles were strained.
