Right choice

Right choice to have chosen this hotel to stay. Just a few minutes from Sapporo Station north exit. Hence easy access to eateries and shops. The room size is good and comfortable beds. Breakfast selections were awesome too.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Sapporo Station and the Daimaru shopping mall. My room is directly across from the train tracks, but the double-glazed window ensures no noise disturbance. The room is clean and well-maintained. The staffs are polite and friendly.

3 day stay

The hotel is very close to the main station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was in ‘as new’ condition. Our room was a good size and was very comfortable. The beds were fine and the aircon efficient. Rooms were cleaned daily. Front desk staff were helpful. I would happily stay there again.

Location is very good as it is near Sapporo train station and has a convenience store at the first level. Room is also quite large and value for money for the price of the hotel. There was no notification on housekeeping matters for 2nd night stay and the service officer had problems understanding our issue due to language barrier.

The room is of a decent size considering it is a hotel in Japan. The hotel gives guest the option of not cleaning or replacing sheets daily. Even if room is not cleaned , the hotel will place clean towels in a bag outside room door for guests. We opted to have breakfasts- the spread was mainly Japanese but wonderfully cooked with variations daily.

Checking in was very straight forward. The staff are friendly and helpful. The train station is very close by and a ton of shopping and food places are as well. Great hotel and the room was amazing.
