We were fairly happy with our stay. It's not a luxury accommodation, but it's fairly comfortable and very spacious. I give a 4, because AC was not working when we arrived. We contacted the support line at 10pm and they gave us some instructions to make it work for a little bit. They fixed it, but it took two days. We were right in susukino district during street festival. That was great!

Had a problem retrieving the password for getting in at the first night. No staff was on duty at the front desk. For travellers who do not speak Japanese, it's difficult to get help. But overall, the room's clean and spacious. We had a relaxing experience there.

We stayed here as a family, and overall it was a good experience with a few things to note. The room itself was very spacious definitely a big plus for families. There was plenty of sleeping space, which made everyone comfortable, though I do think the pillows could be improved for a better nightโ€™s sleep. I also wish there had been a larger table and more seating to better accommodate a family. Cleanliness was okay, but could use some improvement. Iโ€™m a bit particular when it comes to cleaning, and I did feel the need to wipe down surfaces myself with disinfectant wipes. That said, the staff truly stood out they were amazing. Check-in was smooth, and anytime we needed something, they were quick, helpful, and very accommodating. Hands down one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel itself is family-friendly in terms of room space and layout. However, the surrounding area may not feel as family-oriented. There are quite a few clubs nearby, and it gives off a bit of a red-light district vibe at night. If that doesnโ€™t bother you, the location is actually very convenient right in the heart of downtown with plenty to do and see. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the space and incredible staff, with a few areas that could be improved.
