風呂が素晴らしいです!

コロナで大風呂を予約制。独り占めで高級温泉旅館のようなきれいなお風呂! 部屋も清潔です。言うことなし! コスパ最高です!

駅からの送迎あり

札幌駅からの無料送迎バスが有ります。便利に使えました。風呂も大きいのが有りゆったり疲れが取れた。

ホテルに不満はありません。中国人のマナーが悪すぎます。中国人の宿泊の多いホテルは宿泊したくないとも思いました。できれば日本人と場所の区分けをするか、マナーを守らせるかしてほしかったです。高級ホテルならマナーを守れない客を見ることが少ないのでざんねんです。

1.離薄野站有點遠，但住宿費便宜划算。 2.早餐簡單但不錯吃。 3.check in時馬上就會先推銷加入會員，會費1500元日幣。 4.下午4:00才可check in時間比較晚一點。

スタッフが外国人で何を説明しているんか、分らなかった。一生懸命さは感じたが、伝わる話し方の努力は感じなかった。設備についても、男性なら髭剃りがなかったり、ドライヤーはあるけどブラシがないって・・・。コンビニで買いましたよ。

ビジネスホテルであればパンツプレス、ファブリーズ等の備えがあってもいいと思います。マンションの居抜きなのがすぐ分かる。加湿器も古い。

스스키노역에서 생각보다 멉니다. 첫날은 생각보다 가깝네라는 긍정적인 마음이었으나 둘째날부터는 숙소를 잠깐 들렸다가 어디나가거나 하는게 굉장히 힘든 거리가 되더군요.. 숙박공간은 넓고 쾌적합니다만 마감부위는 다소 청결도가 떨어집니다.

シングルで予約していましたが、当日ハートフルルームのツインの広い部屋にグレードあっぷになりました。車椅子の方でも広く使えるお部屋だったので1人では広すぎるくらいでした。のんびり過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。また、泊まりたいホテルでした。

髭剃りはかしｄ貸出できて切れ味が良かった。湯沸し器があり昆布茶と煎茶が楽しめた。冷蔵庫があり便利であった。ベッドは安眠できて翌朝起きた時に頸や肩の痛みが無く安眠できた。WiFiが問題なく使えた。

フロントの対応は良くなかった

フロントの対応が良くなかった。予約ウェブサイト上で部屋代を支払ったのですが、ホテルに着いたら追加料金を支払う必要があると言われた。大人一人と3歳の子供一人でツインルームを予約し料金を払ったのですが、フロントの方が添い寝ではなかったら1500円の追加料金が必要だと言ってました。予約画面や支払画面にそのようなことが一切書いていなかった。このホテルを選んだ理由が、他の安いホテルよりも１５００円ぐらい安かったので、騙されてこのホテルを選んだと思いました。追加料金の支払いを断りましたが、後ろに他のお客さんが並び始めるまで、フロントの方が支払いを求め続けた。他のお客さんにご迷惑をかけるなら、追加料金の請求をやめると判断したらしい。他に、フロントの方がホテルの有料会員制度をすすめたが、こちらが何回もやんわりと断った後でもすすめ続けたので、疲れました。後、わたしが宿泊カードを記入している間、同じフロントの方が三回もなぞの電話に対応しました。電話が鳴ったら受話器をとる。一瞬向こうの話を聞いているような素振りをした後に「イングリッシュ・プリーズ！」と言って電話を切る。迷惑電話への対応？？わたしに「英語で話して欲しい」との遠回りのアピール？（わたしは英語圏の人です）。よく分かりませんでしたが、聞いていて不愉快な思いをしました。

物超所值！

札幌雪祭時入住了3晚，以一晚5百元的價錢，租到一間有大浴場，包早餐，還要是雙床房的酒店，(雖然酒店離薄野狸小路有一段距離)，幾乎沒有什麼值得挑剔了！

Reasonable hotel choice in central Sapporo

The hotel was, as usual with the Toyoko Inn chain, relatively old-fashioned, but relatively clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for central Sapporo. However, the breakfast was not very good - probably one of the worst I've had in Japanese hotels so far. Furthermore, the staff also didn't bother much about (trying to) speak English. Overall, I think the hotel was reasonable, but not as good as it could be.
