There is no place to shower and standing in a room. The pillow are missing, dirty place and no breakfast. I prefer to stay outside next time instead of that place.

I booked the room as advertised free parking, free breakfast and free WiFi. At checkin was told that i was mislead online since economy room had nothing free included. At checkout next morning different front desk employee informed us there is free breakfast included in price so we were allowed to eat.

Absolute shambles of a place. The only good thing is the price Rooms filthy Rooms tiny. Barry enough room to walk around bed Stayed 3 nights seen no housekeeping or minimal at best Had to complain multiple times to get a clean room and one with blinds on windows Close to old town but that’s about the only other positive along with the price but still basic hospitality is expected

Clean, quiet, friendly, very affordable
The hotel is very clean and safe. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was basic, clean, and very quiet. The hotel is located in a charming part of the old city. Since the streets around the hotel are very narrow, and the hotel is surrounded by other houses and a mosque with a cemetery, there is hardly any traffic and it is quiet. As I am very noise sensitive, this hotel was perfect for me. Breakfast was surprisingly diverse with a variety of fruit being served. Coffee shops and bakeries are in a two-minute walking distance. Wi-fi worked comparatively well.

Good location but difficult to go by CAR
Breakfast is 07 am to 10 am but at 09:00 a clock the staff says that "the omelets" it is finished...and they don't offer it !!! Very Strange for one Hotel with 4 Star!

Quet location very close to old town, good selection for breakfast and staffed 24 hours with generally obliging staff. I had to make my own bed on arrival, nothing of my room was cleaned the week I stayed, and my room smelt of smoke. I enjoyed it though.

this hotel is not a 4 star hotel, its a 0.5 star
I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bedsheets were dirty, and the floors were filthy, which made for a very uncomfortable and unsanitary stay. The lack of attention to hygiene was appalling, and it's clear that the hotel management does not prioritize the well-being of their guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and clean stay. It's unfortunate, as my expectations were not met, and I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

A fuir !!! L’hôtel est vieux mais super bien placé. C'est ultra vieux et pas du tout entretenu et c'est vraiment dommage car vraiment bien situé. Les photos du site ne sont pas conformes à la réalité, les 4 étoiles ne sont pas du tout justifiées. La description est fausse, à savoir PAS de parking. Juste un emplacement pour 2 voire 3 voitures (qui est visiblement réservé aux grosses voitures) le reste se fait sur l'allée et encore faut il a voir de la place. La réceptionniste du soir désagréable me dit que j'aurai du le demander avant, désolée mais c'est écrit parking disponible. MA voiture est restée stationnée devant la maison voisine, les propriétaires ne m'ont rien dit c'est gentil de leur part. J'ai pris des photos car j'aurai aimé en voir avant. Le petit déjeuner si on peut appeler ça un petit déjeuner est infecte, j’ai juste pris un verre d'eau et n'y suis plus retournée. Le détecteur de fumée scotché bonjour la sécurité. Je voyage beaucoup et je ne suis vraiment pas compliquée mais là je pense que y'a un manque de considération totale !!! et hotels.com vous devriez mettre en conformité les établissements que vous proposez avec la réalité. Plutot sale, fallait mettre soi meme les housses de couette: 2 type serviette de toilette sympa quand vous êtes une femme aux cheveux longs. Pour me laver c'était uniquement en tong et pas dans la douche désolée mais pas le choix

O hotel não dispõe de toalha de banho, somente toalhas de rosto, não dispõe de edredons, não tem elevador, não tem ar condicionado, o wi fi nos quartos é horrível, a garagem gratis só cabe 3 carros e o café da manhã é péssimo. Os únicos pontos positivos são a cordialidade dos recepcionistas e a localização.

Lo único bueno la situación. Habitación minúscula pero minúscula...sin armario. Según entrabas te tirabas a la cama. El baño más de lo mismo y estado lamentable. Paredes sucias, baño roto...estuvimos tres noches y ni pisaron para limpiar la habitación y ya el segundo día tuvimos que pedir al menos toallas limpias...no me permite el tlfno enviar fotos para que vieseis que no exagero en absoluto. Een slecht onderhouden hotel. De helft van de verlichting werkte niet, het raam kon niet goed sluiten, het gordijn ook niet. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt, het bed niet opgemaakt en de prullenbak niet geleegd. Het ontbijt (gratis) was zeer matig en eigenlijk niet de moeite waard. Wifi op de kamer werkte vaker niet dan wel. De kamer was zeer gehorig. Niet alleen het geluid van de straat (en naast gelegen moskee) drong de kamer binnen, ook het geluid van andere kamers (het gesnurk was soms te horen!) kwam binnen. De locatie was perfect. Zo dicht op het oude centrum, via het leukste straatje van de stad te bereiken. Supermarkt en bakker om de hoek. En ook de tramhalte op 1 minuut loopafstand.

Dette hotel kan ikke anbefales. Der står det er 4 stjernet hotel og det er ikke i nærheden af 4 stjernet. Værelserne var dårlige og kort til loftet så man ikke kunne stå derinde. Det ene toilet var stoppet, mens det nye værelse vi fik- der virkede lyset ikke. Ringe senge og internet. Det var fint som 1 overnatning, bare forkert at sige det er 4 stjernet da det ikke var i nærheden. Servicen var fin.

Het hotel is beneden waar we eten gerenoveerd maar de kamers niet. De badkamer was zeer verouderd. De volledige kamers zouden terug gerenoveerd moeten worden. Het personeel is wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de ligging is vlak bij de oude stad wat ook goed is.
