"The room was large enough that after 4 days we did not feel cramped. The breakfast room was very nice and clean too. The food was very good and the staff very friendly. We would come back again."

"I have nothing negative to say this hotel was amazing. Great value,staff is great. My room was clean plenty of free parking. We got into town a little early to enjoy the beach. The staff let me park there before I checked in. about one block from Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, which was very convenient."

"Check in is at 3pm...everything was pretty quick in the lobby. They have a pool, and you can sign out certain things to play in the pool that was fun for the kids. Our coffee pot, it wasn't working and service. The maid service man, they were awesome. She was awesome. She immediately tried to fix the situation, cleaned it up. Couldn't fix it. So she got another coffee pot. I mean, she really was very sweet, limited english.But you could understand that she was trying her best and her best was great. The motel is very close 2, the boardwalk, which made it even better. You didn't have to drive your car. You could just walk literally less than 5 minutes to the arcade area for kids. Had a good time and the motel made it easy. Just as quick to walk to a sit down, breakfast had a great time. Thank you so much"

"The property is conveniently situated near freeways, but it is quiet and easily accessible. We had a great breakfast in the hotel which was reasonably priced. Check in was smooth and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our only complaint was that our room was not made up after the first night, prior to our second night. The staff knocked on the door to do the room, and we said we needed 5 minutes to get out for them to to the cleaning. We went away for 45 minutes, but upon our return the room had not been made up which was a disappointment as we afforded them plenty of time to clean it and make up the bed, change towels etc. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again. "
