"Well located hotel to get around from and very close to the subway. Appreciated the private lounge facility and the only hotel on our trip to Japan that offered gluten-free bread and clearly and outwardly displayed that they understood allergens. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and very comfortable."
