The rooms r housed in old abode of century in age. the meticulous design strikes a fine balance between the past and present, adding a touch of character to the whole place.
While the place has been modernised, preserving the rich heritage of the past, there r no lifts to the rooms or tv. It is a good place to be in tune with yourself after 5 pm since surrounding areas r relatively quiet. That said, the basic amenities r sufficient to keep one comfortable. Excellent location with excellent staff service. It is literally located beside the Hon Sasayama bus stop and the Kawaramachi district. Impressed with the staff who noticed that I was fully drenched from the rain and immediately handed me a towel during check in! They also offer a bar with free flowing beer, sake, soft drink and post onsen ice cream. However, do note that you need to take a 20 min bus ride from JR Sasayama Station if you are not driving.
Highly recommended!

The hotel feels very new and chic! I stayed two nights and loved it. Located within walking distance from Osaka Station, as well as Nakanoshima Park which is lovely for a stroll. There are early morning coffee options nearby (Glitch, Brooklyn), as well as a Family Mart just downstairs. The hotel bar is a nice spot to relax in the evenings.
Room is spotlessly clean, well designed, comfortable and has good sound proofing. I slept very well. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Right beside a train station and extremely convenient to head to areas while avoiding the everyday crowd. We had to remove our shoes as the whole hotel is paved with tatami mats which was really comfortable to walk in. Room is clean with basic amenities available such as toiletries, water etc. the private onsen saved my lower limbs from the walks and tours. Depending on the timing you can get drinks or late night ramen after the onsen experience.

Imperial surpassed expectations. From the moment you walk in, staff stand ready to assist, with even the smallest request. the family room is simply perfect for a small family of four and the adjoining rooms were so comfortable. floor area was tremendous, for example, in the main room, there was a 2 seater sofa, with a lazy chair and work table, and tv console with luggage area. i could still open up two large Rimowa luggages in the middle of the room and have space to walk around them. the kids...

Location excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. Near to Umeda station also a big plus point. Only serves bread during breakfast but they are delicious.
