"The hotel was clean and comfortable, although quite hot due to the weather and no AC. Despite being near a main road it was quiet, although deliveries to a nearby business was quite loud on a couple of mornings. The single room I had was a good size but the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was amazing with a great continental selection. The staff at the hotel were extremely informative when I checked in and very friendly throughout my stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and Old Town. There is also good public transport connections nearby."

My room was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with items that made traveling easier and more comfortable. The location is also fantastic—just a short 6-minute walk to Lucerne’s charming Old Town. "Some of the rooms used to be prison cells. Pretty cool. Our room seemed very new, simple, but clean. We were able to walk to the train easily. We also walked to the Lion Monument, the Watchtowers, the river and shopping."

I would compare this hotel/room to the Moxy hotels - stylish & modern with fun decorative touches and common areas, a small yet functional and cute room. The best value in the area by far, and I spent days looking for a room. Great location near train station and busses. Lucerne is small, so you can walk anywhere in the old town quickly. "

"Though the hotel room is small in size, it has every thing. The breakfast was excellent. First time, we reached to the hotel by walking. It takes 10-8 min from the Luzern Station. Hotel provides a free bus card for the more convenience. Bus Stop is across from the hotel. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and some other restaurants. There is pizza/pasta and bar close to the hotel (across from the gas station) which opens until 11:00 pm. I like the hotel"
