"Some how I’m not happy with the need of getting new towers. I just need some new towers without cleaning the room. The lady who do the job cleaning told me have to call the front desk while she has a whole lots in the cart. "

"The faucet knobs wee hard to turn on and off, very tight. Also the air condition was not getting very cold, they need to check the thermostat. Made sleeping difficult because it was hot at night. "

"I purchased three rooms. when i went to check in, they were not all ready. Paid a resort fee each night for all three rooms. at a resort i don't have to check in my own bags to hold, deal with rude customer service reps and not get good service and check myself in. on top of that it was a pain in the ass to park our car, took 20 mins even though we had pearl member card for all of the resorts. shame on the service that is given for the amount of money customers spend. Vegas is struggling , so you would think they would want to make your experience the best as possible so you would want to come back . would not recommend staying at New York New York unless you are desperate . "
