Great location at a great price! It's between two train stations, with a 24-hour grocery store a short walk away, a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, plus McDonald's and Domino's nearby (which made my picky eater very happy!). The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and they offer free bottled water after 3 p.m., vending machines, and an on-site laundry room. The biggest downside was the room size. It was very small with almost no space for luggage or to put your belongings. I'd recommend it for 1–2 people with light luggage, but it felt cramped for three people. The dryers in the laundry room also didn't dry well, but there's a much better laundromat about a 5-minute walk away. The staff respected our Do Not Disturb sign, though they left daily notes asking to clean the room. Overall, we'd stay again for the location and value.

Hotel was a great choice, new, very clean and all the essentials needed, basically a fully furnace apartment, just have to bring in food to cook, washer and dyer included, walking distance to the train station and shopping area, restaurant within 5-10 minutes walk, staff was friendly and accommodating, just ask the front desk and they’ll go above and beyond, best customer service! will stay again if got the time to go back in Japan

Crazy good value. Place is brand new. Everything is incredibly clean. Shower is amazing. The room was massive. Great AC. All the appliances are new. Will absolutely stay here again. Not removing a star for this, but the keypad entry thing for the elevator is annoying - it's like the one thing they cheaped out on during the remodel and it makes no sense given the quality of everything else.

Pros: The terraces & courtyard are small, but lovely. They also have a wonderful refresh lounge where you can sit, listen to relaxing music, & read or meditate. The relaxation lounge has massage chairs, & they have self service laundry machines. The rooms are cleaned well & replenished daily. Cons: The rooms are rather small & basic. The restaurants are pricey for what they offer. It has a self-service feel, with the staff present, but not overly helpful. The gym only has 4 machines (2 treadmills, one exercise bike, & a row machine with a broken foot strap). There are no weights or other workout equipment.
