The hotel looked like a nice resort. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. They have set up a sakura-themed photo point, which was very pretty. Overall, I will give 5 stars.

The hotel was little further than i expected from main station especially wheelchair accessible or stroller lifts. The rooms were very tight and dated which was a contrast to all other areas in hotel.
