"Had a fantastic stay here with the family. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy! Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommend staying here."

"Great stay overall. The unit met expectations for the most part. The couch that pulled out had stains unfortunately and no sheets were left for our use on the couch. Additionally, the place would benefit from a small dining table. "

"My family and I stayed for a whole week here and it was amazing they responded to my requests super fast, it was spacious for a family of five. The bus stop is across the street so it was great for travel to the main places like Shibuya. We enjoyed our time there excellent place for a family of five or even for single people "

"This is a beautifully designed, upscale hotel in a bustling, high-energy neighborhood. The rooms and facilities are high-quality. Staff are excellent! Check-out the bar and restaurant. Starbucks in the building a plus. Easy access to trains and taxis. Loved the bathroom, sheets, comforter, pillows. Floor to ceiling windows. All floors are high. We were on 37 in a premium twin. Worth a little extra for more square footage. Excellent shower and tub. Separate toilet a plus. My favorite hotel on my two week trip. Really focused on service. Shout out to housekeeping. They were on it for daily refresh! Best experience with housekeeping. "
