"Well located hotel, great property and breakfast!"

"The room is a bit tight for 2 person but it has everything that is needed. The tolietries are great and they provide extra at the lobby counter and I thought it was a great idea to be environmentally friendly-that we get what we need. The bathroom is great. The place is quiet, west of the main shinjuku area but a 5 to 8 mins walk to 2 main metro lines. It is good to return to less crowded place after touring around. The best thing is to have a 7 eleven at the basement"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful hotel in a really nice location - close to amazing food places and a quiet, true Japanese neighborhood. The only drawback is the room size. It’s the smallest hotel room we’ve ever seen, and we travel a lot. My husband isn’t the tallest but couldn’t fully fit on their bed, and I couldn’t even fully open my small suitcase."

"The location was great and let me tell you that you can take the airport limousine bus straight from Haneida airport to the hotel, what a convenience. The staff was great and couldn't recommend more. Our room was small and make sure you use your humidifier for comfort. "

"No helpful staff. They camharfed me for a night I didn’t stay. I contacted them as my flight was delayed and the time changed but they said no. "

"Keio was a delightful endpoint after a grueling 14 hour flight. Friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms with first class amenities. A 7/11 in the building is open 24 hrs a day and don’t miss out on their egg salad and strawberry cream sandwiches- ( all the reviews were right). The property is located close to the train and subway system and take advantage of them. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"
