The apartment is just a 2 minute walk to the museum campus, a grocery store, cafes, restaurants, and the tram that can take you almost anywhere you want to go. The apartment was clean and super quiet. Even had an elevator which in Europe is a big plus! "

"The television in the room was old and there was only signal for one channel. The shower was spurting water out from the side of the head. There was no luggage locker available, there are significantly fewer lockers than rooms available. No staff on site at any time to assist so had to pay to store luggage elsewhere. Support unhelpful in resolving the issue. "
