The hotel is an easy walk from Schipol Airport. Check in and room services are heavily automated but human staff are available and willing to help with any user interface difficulties. There is no coffee maker in the room and the shower and toilet facilities are unusual, however they work and the bed is comfortable. There were free movies available to stream on the television. I would definitely stay here again.

I would have given this hotel 5* but i didnt because in my opinon its not suitable for couples but for more solo travellers or business trips... reason being:
-the room is too small and initially the layout for the shower and toilet is in a circular cubicle just in front of the bed seems interesting but soon the layout poses some problems. Theres no ample floor space to put our 2 big luggages (we are a couple on a 3 weeks travel in europe). Theres a drawer space which is not big enough. With the luggages on the floor we cant really move at ease. The toilet and shower is also totally transparent (toilet probably has a bit of blurred effect) but you can see very clearly so its not suitable for pple who are not comfortable with the non existence of privacy. Also bcos of this weird layout which means if the room door is open you can see the person showering or in the toilet in clear detail as theres no separation of bathroom and bedroom (we were waiting for the staff to bring us extra pillows which we requested by calling reception and waited very long so none of us could bathe since by opening the door everything can be seen) my husband hated it.
-the location is only good for when you reach and when you leave since its so near the airport but travelling to the city is not cheap as just 1 way is £5.50 for 1 pax. If u want to save and use the amsterdam card u need to take a bus and change a tram which takes about 1 hour to reach central station.
Plus point: the huge bed

Cool, fantastic new concept! The room is smelly, but very very essential with attention to needs and details.
I will be back.....please clean better or get rid of the smell in room 211
