1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended. Should need a fully renovation.

The hotel is dated and room needs major renovation. The buffet breakfast selection was quite bad, and the porridge was cold. Check in and check out was prompt though.

Comfortable and spacious room

Pleasant stay. Nice and comfy beds with plenty of pillows. Room is clean and neat. Easy check in and friendly staff. Breakfast spread can be improved. Otherwise value for money stay. Would recommend for big families.

Outskirt of town area

Love that the hotel is not so near to city centre.. Peaceful environment. However, it is quite near to AEON and TESCO bukit indah which is great! Not recommended to go to the gym and swimming pool though, it is so small. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good, would reccomend to go earlier.

Ok hotel, but with many areas of improvement

It is an ok hotel with large hotel rooms. Some pointers of my experience: Pro - Rooms are huge and modern - Decent view from windows - Technician came quickly after calling the reception on my problem with reception of the TV Con - Strong cigarette smell at corridor and also in my room at times - Noise soundproof of bedroom needs improvement - No welcome drink (as claimed) when I arrive - Layout of basement car park is weird and require some manoeuvre - Called room service but food served is different from the description and price in room service menu. However after bringing it up to the waiter, the restaurant acknowledged error and is nice to provide complementary 3 slices of water melon and 2 muffins as apology

For medical wellness

Different room layout 2 rooms control by an entrance. If room facing high way expect to b slight noisy. Room floor beside vacuum should wet mop to dust away. Good wifi signal. Breakfast limited varieties. Mainly targetted for family n friends visit or treatment at the next door hospital. As shopping and eateries are about 3km away need transport

It is a new hotel which is one year old since its official opening. It offers good breakfast and hotel service. The rooms are large with fresh beddings and linens. Good housekeeping. Live band performance at night. Suitable for a weekday business trip or family weekend rest. No nearby shops or malls. Need a car to move around. Private transport may be hard to book.

room ok but.....

Special thanks for hotel for da stay despite some setback such as no pool service,internet tv not functioning,food for breakfast very limited and less manpower.. there's room for improvements.. should have a activity room special for kids if da pool is out of service.. the kids are always looking forward for swimming each time going to hotels.. anyway great job to maintainence site... called for service and very prompt to come to attend to complaints.. may wan to see further improvements if returning.. thank u
