"Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"

The commitment to design and style was not only attractive and pleasant, but appeared to be genuine and integral, rather than a gimmick or some kind of add-on. I also got the impression that the staff, especially those working in and with the kitchen for breakfast, genuinely enjoyed being there and worked hard to convey that impression. That is not only pleasant for the guests, but reveals a good deal about the hotel and its management. I look forward...
