"Room had all we need, easy access to apartment. Clean room with towels. Just a couple of stops on the subway which made the access to the centre very easy. Neighbourhood may appear a bit intimidating but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay there again"

"The property was very clean and easily accessible and service was amazing . E.g Our Coffee Machine was not working initially, as soon as informed housekeeper, he changed it within an hour. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone. "

"Please don't come here. Don't even think about coming here. I beg you. I'll just state the facts briefly. This place was on another site starting with A, too. There it was rated 1.7. I only stayed one night, and I fought with the front desk (over WhatsApp) for two days straight. I'm still fighting. For what? until the first day 4 pm, to get into the room; from 4 pm to 5 pm, to make sure the key worked; from 5 pm on, because the Wi-Fi didn't work, UNTIL NOW(it's been three weeks). I'm serious....

"Underground paid parking on site was a plus. The room was nice and had a mini kitchen with cooktop but no pots or dishes other than basic plates and cutlery. Great restaurants close by and grocery stores. Walkable to historic city center , about 40 minutes or close to tram if desired. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if ever in Vienna."

"Stayed here in May 2025 and it was a very pleasant experience. Location is great as you’re right across from the main train station giving you access to not only trains, but also the u-bahn (metro/underground). The staff was very friendly, the check in process was easy, and our room was very spacious and modern. There are plenty of options for food, however I must say that the restaurants in the plaza were not open at all during our time there. There’s an Aldi nearby and plenty of food locations inside the train station. Absolutely recommend to stay here!"
