"Cute unit with everything I needed. Very comfortable. I had issues getting checked in remotely and was trying to get help via text. I could not access any help by phone. The additional parking fee and app I needed to install in order to purchase parking (for $25/night!) was a real hassle. It would be so much better to just include it in the price up front. "This was our 10th year staying here. We love it and will be back. We enjoyed the color palette with the remodeled room. Only thing was the AC seemed a little too warm for our liking and fridge was not cold. We did not reach out to maintenance while we were there as it wasn’t a huge problem but likely would next time."
