From Aaron at the front desk and his zen coolness checking me in to brandon the strawberry mojito magic man bartender to amy fox the wildly talented manager with Uber cool vibes and impeccable whisky rocks .. I felt pampered by Jenny for sat morning brunch on the patio this is a total Eastside secret paradise !! Love me some archer !!!!

Very clean. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff friendly. Quiet. Free secure Wi-Fi. Have to pay $15 a day for parking. Overall great.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. TV was a good size. The boiler went out and we had to take cold showers but that resolved by the evening.

It’s a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and elegant. BUT…..There was no hot water when I went to shower in the morning. When I checked out, I told them there was no hot water. They said that it went out the night before and they couldn’t get it fixed until the next day. It would have been nice to have a call, text or email letting me know the night before that it was broken so I wasn’t standing there, naked, in the bathroom waiting for hot water. Luckily I live close and was able to go home and shower but still an inconvenience. And nothing was given for the inconvenience. They did not offer a partial refund, a coupon for next time. I had to pay full price and wasn’t even able to shower and get ready for my event. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication and also having to pay full price for something I couldn’t fully use.

I love that the property was right in the town center which made exploring the area easy and it gave us places to check out immediately. Very close to many good restaurants. Very accommodating staff and they even helped me wish my fiancée a happy birthday 😁
