"Hotel is very clean and most of the staff are very friendly, especially the young blonde girl with glasses and always in a black blouse. Meals are very large, if not a big eater ask if they do smaller portions. Ideal location for exploring the North East. Only downside I had was other quests not considerate of others late at night letting their doors slam shut. "
