There was lots of free things to do on the grounds. There was also a shopping area across the parking lot that you could spend all day exploring with the whole family.

We booked as hotel customers unaware that this was actually a time share resort. While the actual property was scenic, the room was so small two people barely fit. The bed was uncomfortable and the front door was frosted glass with a flimsy blind that didn’t provide any light protection. We were informed by front desk staff our room wouldn’t be cleaned during our stay, who wants to make their own bed on vacation? The desk labelled concierge wasn’t actually a place to help guests rather a front for trying to sell us a time share. The pool bar wouldn’t allow room charges or cash but wanted credit card payments and cash only tips. The bartender there was so rude. We also received lack kuster customer services in the hotel bar. Overall not worth the money we spent.

The property is kept up on the outside but the rooms are dated and dark. The free laundry facility is convenient, however there are several repairs which we noticed during our stay. The ceiling tiles in the laundry facility appear to need replacement due to water leaks and the air conditioning vents are filthy. From an exterior view, the property looks nice, however from a sleeping/ room perspective, carpets need to be cleaned and the room needs a makeover. The window screen to the room wasn’t secure and was hanging by a thread. Hilton really appears to have gone downhill.
