"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw
Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...
"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...
"Excellent. It was beyond our expectations having chosen the largest apartments for 2pax. Thank you very much for letting us know where the washer and dryers were, James. Would recommend to those who may cook or a quite evening "home". Also there's the free bus tourist shuttle if needed."
"We loved our stay at the Hitrental Chapel Bridge Apartments! You can't beat the location, and the views from our apartment were outstanding. We highly recommend staying there!"
"Very clean and close to the train station, tram line and buses. Can reach Zurich airport in 1hr on a direct train. Supermarkets in close walking distance within a shopping centre that has a variety of clothes, shoes and groceries. A few restaurant options too.

"A place of pro's and con's...
- location - middle of old town - very quiet and good location.
- easy to access, key locker worked well
- Flat had been well cleaned, EXCEPT for the toilet seat which had accumulated many months of yellow stain on both sides... needed cleaned properly with bleach/ anti-bacterial. The shower is also getting a little cold around it..
- The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small...
"I visited with family and had booked another place with the wrong dates. But swiftly managed to get a booking here and we were pleasantly surprised with everything. Would recommend and go stay again."
"The apartment was spacious andvery clean. The living room didn't have a sofa though, only two armed chairs so there was no confortable area to sit at the end of the day. I was told I had an assigned parking but every time we came back tired from visiting the city I had to look for another place to park. Their parking area is VERY limited, the rest is street parking and you have to move the car before 8:00 am. Not good. The neighborhood is not too nice and there are some "different" people...

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, although quite hot due to the weather and no AC. Despite being near a main road it was quiet, although deliveries to a nearby business was quite loud on a couple of mornings. The single room I had was a good size but the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was amazing with a great continental selection. The staff at the hotel were extremely informative when I checked in and very friendly throughout my stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and Old Town. There is also good public transport connections nearby."
"I had a wonderful stay at the Cascada Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with items that made traveling easier and more comfortable. The location is also fantastic—just a short 6-minute walk to Lucerne’s charming Old Town. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"
"Some of the rooms used to be prison cells. Pretty cool. Our room seemed very new, simple, but clean. We were able to walk to the train easily. We also walked to the Lion Monument, the Watchtowers, the river and shopping."
"Really lovely hotel in a great location. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Good facilities across the sites. Only two small negatives, no fridge in the room and the signage, particularly on where restaurants were/how to access them was confusing."
"What a great find! I booked a single room, but it was a big double bed. I would compare this hotel/room to the Moxy hotels - stylish & modern with fun decorative touches and common areas, a small yet functional and cute room. The best value in the area by far, and I spent days looking for a room. Great location near train station and busses. Lucerne is small, so you can walk anywhere in the old town quickly. "
"Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building. "
"We have stayed in some pretty special places but the Grand National Hotel has been right at the top of them. The staff, especially Tim Oberli in the front office, was attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here. "
"The hotel was new, and very clean. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very well put together and a good selection. Grade 4 families."
