What I found really cool about the hotel was a 24-h self check-in service, so you can check-in at anytime without any staff present. Everything was clean and comfortable, comes with a well-equipped kitchenette (at least for the room I booked). Location is super quiet (even though it's next to a small train station and airport), and a convenient base for exploring Bern/Bernese Oberland/Interlaken. The hotel was overall great and service was good! Even though it’s not located right smack in Bern, transport was readily available.

Check-in and out was smooth and fast. Not sure if it is the timing but hotel was not too crowded and ttransport to Bern old town was a breeze.

good location. Is just next to Bern Wankdorf station. 3 min walk. Digital check-in is so easy. Digital key made it so convenient to access to premises. General kitchen area is clean with comfortable dining area. Comfortable bed & pillow. Cons is the room a bit too small for 2 pax.

This hotel is in the center of old town and within minutes of Thun castle. Clean, comfy, but do get a little noise from your neighbour esp. if she is wearing heels.

This is such a great place! ok, rooms are slightly small but given the price and location and amenities, it is value for money 1) we love that the rooms have no TV there are manual crossbows in the rooms which we play with our kids just before bedtime 2) close proximity to eateries the xmas market was just right infront of the hotel we loved the atmosphere!
