"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. "Nice hotel in the heart of Toulouse, near the train station, walkable to city centre. Decorations inside the suite were quite fun. Staff were very helpfully able to keep my bag before and after I had checked out."

I liked that they have water and coffee available for the guests at all times, the internet is fast and reliable and you only have to log in once to be connected throughout your stay. There is a corner store a couple meters away that closes at 8 pm and the gare and its shops is right up front. The city of Toulouse is beautiful and easy to walk around. It has everything you might need from shopping to restaurants to tea/coffee houses. I recommend the hotel and the city to visit. "
