"The property was spotless, well maintained, and luxurious ... and the staff were all polite and accomodating, aa well as efficient. The food was also excellent. The staff are efficient so whatever you ask for, it will arrive in your room within 5 minutes ... and room service food was never longer than 20 mins (even when it was 3 courses). The only negative point is the pool area on the roof terrace is quite small and was always very crowded nomatter the time of day ... but that cannot be avoided for a city centre hotel I guess. I had a wonderful time during my 6 night stay and would highly recommend this hotel ... but I would request that the Manager look at replacing the square steel knobs on the taps ... especially in the shower. The edges are as sharp as a knife and are quite stiff to open after the housekeepibg staff have closed them very tight after their daily cleaning ... I ended up cutting the side of my index finger twice during my stay and had to open and close the taps very gingerly thereafter."
