Cleanness was not so good. A piece of bread was found on the floor. Other than that, it was ok for staying. Perhaps not a 4 star hotel quality...

Good stay but there were drawbacks
Hotel staff was nice and courteous, room was cozy and pretty good size. The linens were old and faded. It just looks dirty and worn out. The replacement ones were just as bad. Parking can be quite a challenge but we managed to find parking.

The room was okay, the bathroom shocking filthy, had to asked the receptionist and housekeeper to brush it hard, but the service are amazing, they really treated customers like king, love their hospitality

Nice hotel in the quieter part of the city. It has nearly everything, good breakfast buffet spread, swimming pool and gym. Easy to get around to other part of the city via Grab or GoJek. However if you want to be right next to or connected to a mall, there are other properties to choose from. All-in-all, happy to have stayed in this property.
Nice hotel and good service. The bell boy has a good manner, thumbs up😊
Swimming pool wasnt good enough that made our kiddos cancel to swim, should be better..
Hotel stay was pleasant with the staff extremely friendly.
Room condition was good and it is reasonably priced.
I am appreciative of the hotel staff as they gave me a surprised mini birthday celebration with nice pastries. They sung a birthday song and totally caught me by surprise. Thank you for the arrangement and thoughts.
I would definitely choose back GETS hotel when I am in Semarang again.

Good room and facilities hotel, good breakfast, calm and clean. Only check in took long time, maybe staff not familiier with system informatic , even I have given all information about my reservation and the data complate.

The pool water so dirty. A lot of moss in it. The key of the room they gave only 1 each room for 2 people. Made us hard to go in separate way. I ask another key. They said they cannot give 2 keys.
